Making PizzaSauce Pt.1: ProcessingTomatoes into Paste, Sauce, & Saving T...
We finally got part 1 of our epic in Pizza Sauce making posted to YouTube! Mrs. Reaganite is a natural at this stuff. In this part, we process the tomatoes, get about 2 gallons of tomato juice as an added benefit, and make some spicy stewed tomatoes for canning too!
It's absolutely amazing the small amount of tomato paste you're left with after cooking it down for an hour, when compared to what you start with in the pot.
There might be a little cutting up going on somewhere in the video too ;-)
